Baystate Health is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Nursing Supervisor to lead the Cardiology team across ambulatory practices in western Massachusetts. The role combines leadership with hands-on nursing care, mentoring staff, and driving clinical excellence in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS, 4–5 years of clinical nursing experience, and proven supervisory capability. BSN preferred; ADN required.

Qualifications

• AHA BLS Required.

• True leadership experience is required—Supervisory, Charge Nurse, or Team Lead experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ambulatory care leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and process improvement skills.
• Demonstrated success building engaged, high-performing clinical teams.

• Northampton, MA – 325B King Street
• Greenfield, MA – 164 High Street

Travel to these locations is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license

Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum $98,051.00 - $112,715.00 - $133,348.00
