Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. The role provides supervision of the nursing operations of a unit and may assume 24-hour responsibility in the absence of the Manager or Director.

You will work with a unit-specific patient population, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with standards. A BSN or higher and GA RN licensure with BLS is required, along with several years of clinical experience in the relevant area.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
