Responsibilities:

1. Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
2. Establish a compassionate environment by supporting residents and families.
3. Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.

5. Monitor confidential information to maintain resident confidence.
6. Document resident care services accurately.

Requirements:
