Position Types Available:

- Hybrid - Must live near Winter Haven, FL
RN Clinical Supervisor responsibilities include:
- Assisting with planning, coordination, leadership, control, and evaluation of home health services, and supporting the Director/Area Director of Clinical Services in managing clinical delivery.
- Serving as a liaison with the medical community, clients, and branch personnel.
- Providing daily supervision of nurses and home health aides to ensure quality of services within the plan of care.
- Reviewing clinical content, diagnoses, medical history, medications, and other client records.
- Appraising staff performance, providing coaching, and supporting professional development.
- Evaluating client needs and appropriateness of home care through initial screening forms.
- Assisting with orientation of new clinical staff.
- Conducting client visits and in-home supervisory visits as needed.
- Handling on-call responsibilities outside of work hours.
- Maintaining confidentiality of records.
- Participating in functions in the absence of, or at the request of, the Director of Nursing.
- Ensuring EMR documentation is maintained, updated, and compliant.
- Providing EMR training and conducting chart audits.
- Preparing training programs and supervising training sessions.
- Performing other duties as assigned professionally.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing.
- 2+ years of public health nursing experience with progressive responsibilities, or 3+ years of similar experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in home health care or equivalent.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Knowledge of trach, vent, g-tube, and pediatric care.
- Self-confidence, positive attitude, and commitment to goals.
- Ability to evaluate personal strengths and weaknesses.
- Customer-service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR, and quick learning of proprietary software.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

Annual Salary Range:
- Full-Time, In Office: $68,000 - $74,000 annually
*Compensation dependent on experience.
