Job summary

Inspired Homecare is seeking a Home Health Clinical Supervisor to oversee patient care and clinical staff, ensuring care is coordinated and compliant with individualized plans of care and agency standards.

You will supervise RN, LPN, OT, PT, and HHA teams, coordinate referrals, and support clinicians with OASIS, documentation, and case management while maintaining regulatory compliance and high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN with current state license.
• 2-3 years of home health experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• CPR Certification, valid driver's license and auto insurance
