Job summary

Inspired Homecare in Palatine, IL is seeking a Home Health Clinical Supervisor to oversee patient care and clinical staff (RN, LPN, OT, PT, HHA). Ensure care is coordinated, compliant, timely, and aligned with individualized plans of care and agency standards.

The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating referrals, ongoing patient assessments, direct patient care when needed, supporting clinicians with OASIS and documentation, reviewing charts, leading meetings, and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current state license.
• 2-3 years of home health experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• CPR Certification, valid driver's license and auto insurance
