Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
• Two years of management experience in a home health or related healthcare organization.
• Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
• Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated.
• Assuring the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the organization.

Responsibilities

• Leadership, direction, and support to a team caring for clients in the local area.
• Oversee direct and indirect patient services to ensure high-quality home health care.
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff to maintain compliant operations.
• Collaborate with providers on assessment, care planning, and implementation.
