Metro Technology Centers is looking for a Clinical Skills Observer (CSO) to administer and evaluate clinical skills examinations for certification candidates in Oklahoma City. This part-time role is highly observational, ensuring standardized testing practices under the supervision of the HCP Test Site Coordinator.

The ideal candidate must be a registered nurse (RN) with at least two years of experience, maintaining objectivity and adhering to strict testing security protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Administer clinical skills exams in one uninterrupted session.
• Evaluate candidates using the official HPCP evaluation grid.
• Ensure exam timing requirements are met.
