Job summary

Nagel Assisted Living, part of Sunflower Communities, seeks a Clinical Site Manager (RN) to supervise daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with Minnesota regulations.

The role includes supervising staff, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining documentation, and serving as a clinical liaison. On-call responsibilities support a therapeutic, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum 3 years in a related healthcare setting
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer software
• Valid driver's license (if driving is required)

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Minnesota Assisted Living License regulations and be available for surveys.
• Conduct resident assessments to meet care needs and update care plans and service agreements.
• Oversee medication management, including documentation and compliance.
• Investigate and report incidents of suspected neglect or abuse; maintain accurate documentation.
