Job summary

Arc Hospice & Palliative Care in Florida is hiring a Manager of Clinical Services to lead interdisciplinary teams, oversee care planning, and ensure compliant, high-quality, person-centered hospice care. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with on-call rotation as needed.

You will supervise RNs, aides, social workers, chaplains, and other clinical staff, coordinate weekly IDG meetings, and collaborate with leadership on staffing, quality initiatives, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing and practice in Florida.
• BSN or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years hospice/palliative care experience.
• At least 1 year leadership or supervisory experience.
• CPR certification active.
• Proficient with EMR systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure care aligns with individualized plan and regulations.
• Coordinate weekly IDG meetings and care planning.
• Review clinical documentation for timeliness and compliance.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and on-call coverage.
• Support QAPI, quality improvement and audits.
