Job summary

Physicians East pa in Greenville, NC is seeking a Clinical Services Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations across multiple departments and locations. You will supervise Clinical Supervisors and collaborate with providers to ensure safe, efficient clinical operations.

The role emphasizes staffing, standards, quality, patient safety, and workflow improvements, while day-to-day management remains with Clinical Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Three or more years of clinical leadership or management experience preferred.
• Ambulatory or multispecialty physician practice experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading supervisors or clinical teams preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support for assigned departments and locations.
• Serve as a resource and escalation point for Clinical Supervisors and department leadership.
• Promote consistent clinical practices while recognizing appropriate specialty-specific needs.
• Maintain regular visibility in assigned departments.
• Identify clinical risks, operational concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with providers and leadership to resolve significant clinical issues.
