Responsibilities

• Provide strategic clinical oversight across 11 Brookdale communities.
• Support day-to-day operations with Executive Directors and Directors of Clinical Services.
• Ensure quality care, staff training, and risk/regulatory compliance.
• Lead investigations and action plans in response to surveys or incidents.
• Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures.
