Qualifications

• RN license required in primary work state (Idaho or Oregon).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of varied hospital clinical experience.
• Experience in case management, home health, and/or insurance industry preferred.

• Assists physicians with transfer and discharge orders.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Educates care team on regulatory requirements.
• Promotes efficient utilization of clinical resources from admission to discharge.
• Documents assessments and interventions in Power Chart.
• Participates in department meetings and sub-teams.
