Job summary

AdventHealth in Shawnee, KS is seeking a nurse leader to drive clinical value analysis and procurement strategies. The role partners with the Office of Clinical Effectiveness and hospital teams to review contracts, lead product conversions, and ensure savings opportunities across facilities.

The ideal candidate has RN credentials, strong data analysis skills, and experience in supply chain leadership within healthcare.

Qualifications

RN with nursing background required and strong clinical experience.
Experience in value analysis and product standardization preferred.
Knowledge of GPO, supplier relationships, contracts, and procurement.
Ability to collect data, analyze results, and present actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Lead the product evaluation and conversion process from inception through implementation.
Collaborate with hospital sites and the Office of Clinical Effectiveness.
Coordinate education plans to ensure compliance with guidelines and requirements.
Engage clinicians in discussions to achieve savings opportunities and utilization goals.
Manage supplier relationships and address product quality issues promptly.
Support value analysis committees and participate in governance activities.
