Green Life Science is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (RN) to join the Philadelphia team on-site, combining nursing expertise with clinical research coordination to ensure participant safety and protocol compliance.

The role involves coordinating trials, performing visits and procedures, obtaining consent, and maintaining accurate documentation across study sites and staff. On-site collaboration with investigators and sponsors is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in clinical research or trials preferred.
• Strong patient assessment and clinical care skills.
• Experience with vital signs, ECGs/EKGs and phlebotomy.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations and study protocols.
• Excellent communication and participant-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate clinical trials from participant screening through study completion.
• Conduct study visits, patient assessments and protocol-specific procedures.
• Review medical histories and assess eligibility.
• Obtain informed consent per approved protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Perform vital signs, ECGs/EKGs, phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Monitor participant safety and document adverse events.
• Maintain source documentation, study records and EDC systems.
• Support recruitment, retention and follow-up during the study lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Principal Investigators, sponsors, CROs and monitors.
• Assist with monitoring visits, audits and data queries.
• Support safe handling, processing and shipment of specimens.
