Green Life Science in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a motivated Research Assistant to join our clinical research team. You will support day-to-day trial delivery, assist with participant visits, recruitment and documentation to ensure studies run smoothly.

This hands-on role offers exposure to regulatory requirements, GCP and HIPAA, and the chance to build experience across study coordination, data entry and participant engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in clinical research or healthcare is desirable.
• Degree in life sciences or related field advantageous.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of GCP/HIPAA is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn new procedures.

Aufgaben

• Support patient recruitment and screening activities.
• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups.
• Assist with study visits and documentation.
• Obtain and maintain informed consent per procedures.
• Enter and maintain trial data and source documentation.
• Review medical records and lab reports for accuracy.
• Support sample collection, processing and shipment as trained.
• Maintain regulatory files per GCP, HIPAA and SOPs.
• Communicate professionally with participants and teams.
• Assist with investigational product accountability.
• Help run multiple studies and manage priorities.
