Job summary

Green Life Science is seeking a Research Assistant in Philadelphia, PA to join a busy clinical research team. This role supports the delivery of clinical studies, data collection, and study coordination, with hands-on experience in patient-facing activities.

You will work closely with Clinical Research Coordinators and investigators to ensure protocol compliance, participant visits, consent, and regulatory documentation, building a foundation for a career in clinical research in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field or equivalent research experience.
• Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or lab environment is desirable.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional and compassionate with research participants.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity.
• Understanding of clinical research principles and GCP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day coordination and conduct of clinical research studies.
• Support recruitment, pre-screening and scheduling of visits.
• Communicate with participants regarding study requirements and visit arrangements.
• Assist with informed consent documentation and training.
• Support study visits, including participant check-in and materials preparation.
• Collect, enter and maintain participant data.
• Maintain study files and regulatory records per protocols.
• Assist with basic clinical procedures when trained.
• Monitor supplies and keep research areas organized for visits.
• Help maintain compliance with GCP and study protocols.
• Identify participant concerns and safety information to the study team.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient, high-quality studies.
