Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I – RN to support Port Arthur and Beaumont sites. Flexible in-office requirements; 2–3 days on-site, remainder remote; full-time preferred.

You will manage patient interactions, ensure protocol compliance, and maintain data integrity across our GI/hepatology trials, contributing to faster, safer clinical research outcomes for patients in need.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience strongly preferred.
• Solid nursing background with GI/hepatology focus encouraged.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CTMS and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage industry-sponsored clinical trials administratively and clinically.
• Schedule patient visits and procedures per protocol.
• Enter study data into CTMS regularly and accurately.
• Maintain study documents, consent forms, and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate monitor visits and manage study equipment inventory.
• Lead patient recruitment and act as primary contact for participants.
