Job summary

Iterative Health seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator I – RN to support, facilitate, and coordinate the daily execution of clinical trials across our network. This role focuses on patient interactions, protocol compliance, data integrity, and smooth trial operations at the Port Arthur and Beaumont sites.

The ideal candidate brings clinical research experience, a patient‑first mindset, and strong attention to detail to thrive in a fast‑paced, protocol‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience strongly preferred.
• Solid nursing background with GI specialty focus or willingness to develop it.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CTMS platforms and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate industry-sponsored clinical trials.
• Schedule patient visits and procedures per protocol.
• Enter study data into CTMS accurately and timely.
• Maintain study documentation and regulatory files.
• Schedule monitor visits and manage site communications.
• Ensure patient safety and protocol compliance.
• Support patient recruitment and informed consent processes.
• Maintain inventory of study supplies and equipment onsite.
