Position Summary

REMOTE POSITION! **Multi-state, PLUS MICHIGAN RN license required.**

Responsible for maintaining the Code of Ethical Conduct and fostering positive relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders. The role primarily involves ensuring accurate entry of all Start of Episode and OASIS forms for patient charts and processing workflows related to Home Health Director of Clinical Services.

Position Specific Responsibilities

• Complete or review all client medical records related to OASIS.
• Perform timely OASIS reviews and ensure compliance with legal time frames.
• Coordinate OASIS activities with field staff as appropriate.
• Review and process workflows related to start and resumption of episodes, OASIS review, and utilization, as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in home health care required.
• QA experience and electronic medical records familiarity preferred.

Skills

• Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic, compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Language Skills: Strong reading, analysis, interpretation, and communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
• Other Skills: Proficiency in English, understanding hospice philosophy, and effective articulation.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

• Active, unencumbered Multistate Compact RN license required.
• Current COS-C certification required at hire or within 90 days of hire.

Physical demands include standing, walking, manual dexterity, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Accommodations are available for disabilities.
