Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active Washington RN license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical RN experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with quality improvement in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Working knowledge of quality improvement, patient safety principles, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with medical record abstraction and data analysis is helpful.

In this role, you will support quality management, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement activities across the organization. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records, investigating clinical events and patient safety concerns, tracking quality indicators, preparing reports, and collaborating with providers and leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and support a culture of patient safety.**Location:**Evergreen Administration (13898 NE 28th Street - Vancouver, WA 98682) - potential for off-site work available after successful completion of training\***Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm**Hiring range**generally between $100,573.00 to $124,668.00 annually, with placement within the range based on relevant experience.**Requirements:*** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required, BSN preferred.* Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure **required**.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical RN position **required.*** Minimum of 2 years of experience with as RN with quality improvement in a healthcare setting preferred.* Working knowledge of medical / Quality Improvement, patient safety principles, and regulatory compliance.* Previous patient safety / quality improvement experience and/or medical record abstraction, evaluation, and analysis of data from a clinical perspective helpful.**Additional details:** \*RN Clinical Quality Coordinator has the potential for off-site work after successful completion of full-time, on-site training and meeting the requirements for working off-site. This requires an employee to live in the local Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR area and have a secure home network with minimum upload (5 mbps) and download speeds (25 mbps).Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions.
