Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking an experienced RN - Clinical Quality Abstractor to join the Quality Reporting and Analytics Team. The role involves leading clinical data abstraction, analysis, and regulatory reporting to support CMS, Joint Commission, and state/federal requirements.

You will work with clinical, informatics, and leadership teams to monitor performance and drive quality improvement across six hospitals.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
Two years of acute care nursing experience in a hospital setting.
Experience with healthcare quality measures, quality reporting, regulatory requirements, and performance improvement initiatives.
Current, unrestricted RN license in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Advanced computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple data/reporting systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and review medical records for measure data abstraction.
Complete chart abstraction per reporting requirements and regulatory standards.
Enter and submit data to external regulatory agencies with data integrity and privacy.
Create reports with graphical/statistical summaries for stakeholders.
