This position works as the primary Ryan White Program operational partner for implementation, strategic planning, and grant-related deliverables, coordinating governance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Master's degree in related field preferred or within 4 years of hire.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a clinical resource for clinical teams and leaders.
• Coordinate development of practice resources (policies, procedures, guidelines).
• Maintain knowledge of current evidence and best practices in the clinical program.
• Support quality monitoring and continuity of care through observations and patient interactions.
• Lead and participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and grant-related deliverables under Ryan White.
• Develop and submit quality plans and quarterly reports.
• Create and optimize HER-based tools and workflows for reporting and care coordination.
• Coordinate with UVA Health departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
