Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program and RN licensure in Virginia.
• Master's degree in a related field within four years is preferred.
• Three years of progressive clinical nursing experience required; specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical program performance, compliance, and reporting across project areas.
• Lead quality improvement using Lean and QAPI methods and tools.
• Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis, and presentation for reports to funders and regulators.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams and external agencies to optimize care delivery.
