Responsibilities

• Coordinates nursing program activities and resources within clinical specialty or department.
• Develops and documents care plans and therapy programs; oversees implementation of the plan of care.
• May supervise and direct nursing staff.
• Coordinates, assembles, and maintains documentation as required.
