Job summary

Henry Ford Rochester Hospital is seeking a nursing leader to coordinate and deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care during night shifts. The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while mentoring staff and ensuring documentation and patient education.

You will communicate with care teams, supervise nursing operations, and contribute to achieving patient goals, quality metrics, and solving variances.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Certifications/Licensures Required

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.


• Health care provider certification (BLS).
