Job summary

The role requires an RN license, BSN within 3 years, and at least two years of supervisory experience. Leadership certifications are a plus; the position offers a rotating shift and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of practice.
• BSN required within 3 years of hire; certifications preferred (CCRN, CEN, etc.)
• Two years of recent clinical supervisory or charge nurse experience desired

Responsibilities

• Manage daily staffing and payroll to meet budget targets.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate nursing care and patient services.
• Establish clinical practice expectations and oversee department operations.
• Foster collaboration with physicians, staff, and departments to optimize care.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; protect patient confidentiality.
• Support education, training, and annual skills labs for staff.
• Advocate for patients and staff; manage conflicts and ethics.
• Participate in performance evaluations and staff development.
• Perform other related duties as required.
