Job summary

The Clinical Manager will oversee daily nursing operations across a network of Covenant Medical Group clinics in East Tennessee, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include staff development, budgeting, performance evaluation, and coordinating with clinical leadership to meet care standards across at least eight clinics. Travel between sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of recent clinical experience.
• Two (2) years of recent leadership/managerial experience preferred.
• Must have and maintain Tennessee state registered nurse license; valid Tennessee driver’s license; insurance as required.

Responsibilities

• Selects, trains, orients, develops, and evaluates performance of the clinical staff.
• Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, quality and safety standards; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Develops departmental budgets and administers operations within budgeted parameters.
• Maintains operational reports and records; collects data for administrative purposes.
• Coordinates clinical activities and reports outcomes for patients.

Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
