Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a network of CMG clinics and manage clinical staff across locations. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, operational oversight, and policy implementation in alignment with facility goals.

The position requires strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure patient-centered care and regulatory compliance across all clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Three (3) years of recent clinical experience required.
• Two (2) years of recent leadership/managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selects, trains, orients, develops, and evaluates performance of the clinical staff.
• Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement initiatives, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
• Develops departmental budgets in conjunction with the Practice Leader. Administers operations in accordance with budgeted parameters.
• Maintains operational reports and records and collects statistical data for administrative and regulatory purposes.
• Coordinates and reports outcome of clinical activities performed on behalf of the patient.
• Attends meetings and actively participates on nursing committees and interdisciplinary committees, as appropriate.
• Establishes and maintains communication between the clinical staff, medical staff and ancillary departments for problem solving and quality improvement.
• Promotes a safe environment that allows for high-quality patient care using evidenced-based practices.
• Directs and monitors clinical interventions and documentation for quality assurance.
• Ensures care delivery aligns with age-specific needs and collaborates with other disciplines for timely and effective patient care.
