Job summary

Providence is seeking a Manager of Operations in California to plan, organize and manage clinical operations, providing direct oversight of administrative support services and managing clinics under the Employer Wellness program. This role reports to the Executive Director.

Required qualifications include a California RN license, National Provider BLS within 30 days of hire, and 2 years of supervisory leadership in healthcare.

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse License required at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Management/supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years of Supervisory/leadership experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage operations in conjunction with the Executive Director.
• Direct oversight of administrative support services.
• Manage clinics and related duties as part of Employer Wellness operations.
