Job summary

Dominion Hospital in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Mental Health Clinical Nurse Coordinator - RN to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of unit functions during night shifts.

You will lead nursing staff, monitor care delivery, and collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction. Experience in mental health care is preferred; night shift with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have an RN license and active, unrestricted licensure in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required and CPI certification preferred as part of orientation.
