Benedictine Living is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead a care unit and supervise the assigned team. You will coordinate admission, care planning, and discharge processes to ensure residents feel safe and at home.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the therapy department, updating care plans, and maintaining high standards of care. The role requires RN licensure, leadership ability, and English communication skills in a nonprofit senior care setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure (state) in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or health care.
• Strong managerial skills and aptitude.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission, care plan, and discharge processes while leading a team to high-quality care.
• Communicate with the therapy department when necessary and ensure care plan updates are applied in a timely manner.
