Job summary

Benedictine Living Dickinson is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead a resident care unit and mentor the assigned team. You will oversee admissions, care planning, and discharge coordination to ensure residents feel safe and at home.

You will work closely with the therapy department to update care plans promptly and drive continuous improvement in resident care and staff development within a 20-23 resident community.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Good managerial skills and aptitude.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in long term care or health care.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Manager coordinates the admission, care plan, and discharge process while leading a team to excellence.
• The Clinical Manager communicates with the therapy department when necessary and ensures changes to the care plan are updated timely.
