Benedictine Living is seeking an RN Supervisor to mentor and lead the nursing team in delivering high-quality resident care. The role focuses on developing, training, and managing a fulfilled team to achieve excellence in service.

Responsibilities include contributing to the department's quality assurance program and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. A rotating after-hours on-call schedule is involved.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
• Management experience in nursing preferred.
• Experience in a long term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the department’s quality assurance program.
• Ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
