Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager for the Long Term Care unit at New Horizons Habersham in Demorest, GA. The position requires an active RN license in Georgia, an Associate degree, and at least three years of supervisory experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with Georgia Board of Nursing
• Associates Degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in long term care supervision and overseeing nursing department

Responsabilités

• Oversees all clinical operations of the LTC facilities and ensures policies/procedures are followed.
• Functions as the LTC Nursing Manager (DON) and mentors Nurse Managers across facilities.
• Plans, directs and evaluates nursing services and coordinates resident care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
