Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license required.
• Experience in home health clinical management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OASIS, Medicare regulations, and Conditions of Participation.
• Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or similar EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the Richmond office.
• Mentor and support nurses, therapists, social workers, and aides.
• Review OASIS, plans of care, and clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, COP, and accreditation standards.
• Lead quality metrics and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Conduct case conferences, audits, and staff coaching.
• Support staff engagement and professional development.
