Qualifications

• Current Florida nursing license.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred.
• Minimum three years in acute care Women's Services; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, or required specialty training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe, optimal care outcomes.
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership in Women's Services.
• Support the facility's vision, mission and goals through service excellence.
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care and promote quality improvement.
