As part of the UHS family, the hospital emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Qualified applicants will have leadership experience in Women’s Services and Florida licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN program; BSN preferred.
• Current Florida nursing license.
• Minimum three years in acute Women’s Services; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current BLS/ACLS or required specialty training per role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and provide clinical and administrative leadership in Women’s Services.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team members to achieve safe, optimal patient outcomes.
• Support the facility’s vision, mission and goals while mentoring the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate patient-centered care and Service Excellence in all duties.
