BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join a flexible, full-/part-time team delivering in-home care. Eligible candidates enjoy autonomy, leadership opportunities, and a salary of $50-65 per hour based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV infusion therapy proficiency, including medications, hydration, and TPN.
• Sales & business development mindset to attract and retain clients/referral partners.
• CPR certification.
• Leadership & management experience to supervise, train, and mentor staff.
• Care plan development expertise for high-quality outcomes.
• Quality assurance & risk management experience in auditing and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making for staffing and operations.
• Reliable car, driver's license, and auto insurance.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and other providers.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualification and Requirements:

Must Haves:

• Active Registered Nurse RN License – Must hold a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation.
• Clinical Experience – At least 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV Infusion Therapy Expertise – Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN (total parenteral nutrition)
• Sales & Business Development Mindset – Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners
• CPR Certification
• Leadership & Management – Strong ability to supervise, train, and mentor nurses, aides, and caregivers.
• Care Plan Development – Skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management – Experience in auditing, incident reporting, and maintaining compliance with policies.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance (Required)
• Flexibility & Availability – Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and responding to emergencies
