Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Manager for our Lees Summit, MO Habilitation office serving the Kansas City area.

As Clinical Manager, you will lead teams, develop and oversee care plans, supervise habilitation staff, coordinate with Case Managers and families to meet Person Centered/Individual Support Plans. Compensation is $90,000-$95,000 based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• 2+ years experience with IDD population.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise habilitation tech staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
• Collaborate with client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs to implement and evaluate goals.
• Make regular client visits to evaluate progress and ensure service delivery as planned.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators.
• Carry out supervision of Habilitation Technicians per policy.
