Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure (required).
• Indiana licensure required for Indiana work.
• National nursing certification within one year of hire.
• At least five years healthcare or patient care delivery experience.
• Strong communicator with ability to influence providers and staff.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides input towards strategic and long term operational planning.
• Supports providers in the delivery of exceptional care.
• Monitors patient experience feedback and addresses issues.
• Implements workflow changes to alleviate productivity challenges.
• Drives change initiatives and policy revisions at the Practice level.
• Tracks KPIs, scorecards, quality results, and financial reports to meet goals.
