Qualifications

• Graduate degree and Illinois RN licensure.
• Progressive leadership experience in nursing.
• National certification.
• Earned a baccalaureate nursing degree or higher.
• Demonstrates advanced analytical ability and problem solving.
• Ability to use electronic business programs and technology.
• Ability to supervise staff across 24/7 shifts.
• Ability to assume the charge nurse role.
• Attention to detail in document checking and data entry.
