Job summary

Palmetto Infusion in Georgia is seeking a Clinical Manager - AIC to supervise staff across Ambulatory Infusion Centers in Lawrenceville, Marietta, and Cumming. You will ensure infusion services are safe, compliant with accreditation standards, and aligned with nursing policies.

This full-time role requires an active RN/APRN license, at least two years in management, infusion experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Active RN or APRN license in state of practice.
• Minimum two years of management experience.
• Infusion experience.
• BLS certification or obtain upon hire.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment.
• Team player with Palmetto Infusion staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise direct patient care as well as financial/operational oversight in the territory assigned.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in handling interactions with Palmetto Infusion staff, other agencies, patients, and families.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals on designated employees.
• Provide HR-related documentation for personnel.
• Work with Nurse educator on orientation and ongoing education.
• Ensure effective communication of current and future information.
• Demonstrate knowledge of organizational policies related to work standards.
