Job summary

Palmetto Infusion in Georgia is seeking a Clinical Nurse Practitioner to oversee infusions in ambulatory infusion centers, ensuring safe and effective patient care.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with Saturdays as needed; services Warner Robins and Macon, GA, with potential floats to other clinics.

Requirements include NP licensure, family medicine experience, BLS, and proficiency with MS Outlook/Word/Excel; strong teamwork and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program and Active NP license in the state(s) of practice.
• Experience in family physician setting; possesses knowledge of chronic disease states and therapies.
• BLS or obtain upon hire.
• Proficient at partner programs (MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
• Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive working relationships with Palmetto Infusion team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
• Assist with policy, procedure, and protocol development as needed.
• Able to work as a team member with all members of PIS; collaborate with nurses and NPs/MDs.
• Able to perform nursing functions as needed.
• Oversee the infusions being administered in the AIC.
• Travel to other AICs when needed for staffing coverage.
• Maintain strong knowledge of existing and developing infusion therapies.
