BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full-Time RN Clinical Manager for our Tinton Falls office in New Jersey. This office provides top-quality care to pediatric clients throughout Monmouth County.

Responsibilities for an RN Clinical Manager:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional care.
• Visit pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Monmouth County.
• Develop and oversee pediatric care plans.
• Supervise nursing staff in the field.
• Conduct new hire orientations for nurses.
• Participate in training and in-services for staff.

Qualifications for an RN Clinical Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience.
• Trach/Vent experience is a plus but not required.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
