Overview

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse - RN Clinical Manager for our Madison, Tennessee location. This office RN position supports our field clinicians by providing back-office support. Responsibilities

1. Participate in quarterly quality improvement meetings, review data, identify trends, and oversee improvement plans.
2. Collaborate with the Branch Director on quality activities and corrective actions.
3. Provide feedback to Operations management regarding care provision.
4. Ensure clinical staff complete orientation and in-services successfully.
5. Oversee and respond to surveys and audits related to quality of care and KPIs.
6. Maintain knowledge of payer requirements and documentation guidelines.
7. Conduct documentation and chart reviews to identify variances and areas for improvement.
8. Hold case conferences to oversee care and coordinate services.
9. Ensure documentation standards meet company and regulatory requirements.
10. Coordinate care with all involved in patient care.
11. Develop performance improvement action plans based on data.
12. Participate in staff hiring, conduct interviews, and ensure staff competency.
13. Evaluate staff performance and ensure fair evaluations.
14. Supervise staff on-site, achieve performance and retention goals.
15. Assist field staff with problem-solving and serve as a role model.
16. Ensure adequate preceptor staffing for staff development.
17. Perform other duties, including patient visits and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Nursing or Physical Therapy.
• Licensed RN or PT in good standing, current license in the state.
• Less than two years of clinical experience, with at least one year in management/supervisory role in home health.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to use documentation systems and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
