Quad Recruitment is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join as a Clinical Liaison, bridging hospital discharge teams and home infusion services. You will leverage clinical expertise and relationships to coordinate patient transitions and support service expansion within the community.

Ideal candidates have an unrestricted RN license and at least two years in infusion healthcare, with strong communication and business development skills to identify referrals and coordinate care plans.

• Sales or healthcare marketing experience preferred.

An established and growing home infusion provider is seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join its team as a Clinical Liaison. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building professional relationships, supporting patient care transitions, and helping coordinate healthcare services within the community.

About the Role

The Clinical Liaison will work closely with physicians, hospital discharge teams, case managers, and insurance providers to identify patient needs and coordinate a smooth transition from hospital care to home-based infusion services. This position combines clinical knowledge with relationship-building and business development responsibilities.

Salary

100,000 - $120,000 a year
