As we grow and expand our Hospice program, we are looking for a full-time Community Liaison! This position would be based in the West Caldwell, NJ. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and robust benefits!

• The Clinical Liaison promotes Journey Hospice to the community, local hospitals, medical centers, physicians, case managers, social workers and other healthcare professionals to maintain a healthy census in the skilled nursing community.
• Assists the Marketing Department in promoting Journey Hospice to the community to the local area through participation on local boards, community groups, neighborhood block associations, and other organizations.
• Represents Journey Hospice in local organizations.
• Serves as patient advocate when residents are hospitalized.

Education/Training/Certifications

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a related field; RN or LPN from an accredited school.

Valid PA Drivers License

Experience

Sales experience in a healthcare setting.
