Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for Private Duty Nursing to mentor and lead a nursing team while ensuring the highest quality patient care in home health settings.

This Monday–Friday, primarily office-based role focuses on supervising field clinicians, coordinating care plans, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The position offers growth within a well-established home health company and a strong clinical leadership impact.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan.
• Experience in private duty nursing.
• Experience overseeing field staff.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to provide hands-on patient care as needed.
• Willingness to travel within the service area.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and admissions.
• Develop and oversee individualized care plans.
• Conduct supervisory visits and ensure quality patient care.
• Medication reconciliation and clinical oversight.
• Mentor and support field clinicians.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Step in to provide hands-on patient care when needed.
