ANXLife is seeking an RN Clinical Manager in Burlingame, CA to oversee patient care coordination and supervise clinical staff for our home health and hospice services.

The candidate should hold an active RN license with 2+ years of nursing experience and prior management in a home health setting; BSN preferred. We offer competitive compensation and strong benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K and stock options.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with an active, current state license and two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience within the past five years in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility.

Mansioni

• Coordinate patient care and supervise clinical personnel.
• Review cases and assign clinicians to meet home care needs.
• Review patient diagnoses, medications and clinical course to guide care.
• Attend case conferences to optimize coordination of care.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and continuous quality improvement.
